IN THE KITCHEN Cake Carrots,; grated 1 pound Eggs; room temperature 3 Granulated sugar 2 cups Canola oil 1 1/2 cup Buttermilk 1/3 cup Vanilla extract 1 1/2 teaspoon Flour 3 cups Baking powder 2 teaspoons Baking soda 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon Ground ginger 1 teaspoon Ground cloves 1/8 teaspoon

Frosting Unsalted butter; room temperature 1 cup Cream cheese; room temperature 16 ounces Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon Salt pinch Powdered sugar 3+ cups
